Soy Fusion is a line of soy beverages made from a light organic soymilk base that is available in two flavors—Matcha Green Tea and Berry. Made with organic soybeans (non-genetically altered), the manufacturer states that the both flavors are light and refreshing, rather than thick or heavy in consistency.
The Berry variety is a blend of organic soymilk, apple, raspberry, carrot, and red cabbage juices. The Matcha Green Tea blend combines light organic soymilk and Matcha green tea.
The manufacturer states than an 8.45-oz serving of the drinks is a significant source of calcium, vitamins A and C, and folate, and supplies 15 mg of soy isoflavones, 150 mg of potassium, and at least 2 to 3 g of soy protein. In addition, they contain less than 1% fat, no cholesterol, and 30% less sugar than pure fruit juice.
