Pfankuch Machinery Corporationolypropylene film packaging system automatically wraps small, flat products such as folded coupons and smart cards. The system accommodates products as small as 2 x 2 in. to produce polypropylene packs at speeds up to 80 ppm. The separator seam sealing process encloses products between two film webs for clear sealing on three or four sides. Featuring sealing within millimeters of product edges, the film wrapper is designed to eliminate laps or crimp seals that waste film and detract from package appearance. The system is commonly used to wrap calendars, label sheets, statements, and direct mail.
