Falling Film Chiller

The OMEGA Falling Film Chiller cools most fluids to within 1F. The unit is designed around the company's proprietary Laser-Plate technology with each laser-welded evaporator plate produced with the same internal volume and pressure drop. This provides the lowest refrigerant volume with a large surface area, allowing a close approach temperature. The chillers are highly energy efficient due to their unique circuiting. A two-piece cabinet design offers installation options now and in the future.

All standard cabinets are constructed of 304 stainless steel with 316 stainless steel optional. Three evaporator plate sizes provide chillers with capacities from 5 through 1,000 tons. All chiller upper cabinets are equipped with top, front, and rear doors as standard features. All chillers include custom stainless steel manifolding inside the cabinet with a single liquid and suction connection exiting the side or front of the cabinet to meet your installation requirements.
