ER5 Plate
The APV ER5 Paraflow heat exchanger plate is designed to meet the needs of processing liquids with suspended material. With 90% fewer contact areas than standard plates, the ER5 provides for clearer passage of product with less risk of pulp or fiber hang-up. The ER5 plate contains only 81 line contacts per plate and uses the proven R5 interlocking gasket. Typical product applications include, but are not limited: pulpy juice, fruit purees, vegetable slurries, liquid sponge, table sauces, liquid egg, pulp and paper.
