Electromagnetic Conveyors

VMC Series Electromagnetic Conveyors are designed to provide a maintenance-free way to convey dry bulk materials. The conveyors feature higher deflection and lower frequency with no belts, bearings or parts to wear out. Specially designed fiberglass springs amplify the trough stroke and are adjustable to provide fine-tuning of conveyor motion. The feed rate can be controlled with a variable voltage controller. The systems offer flexibility in conveying with an adjustable amplitude from 0–100%.

A variety of trough sizes and types are available to match the conveyor to specific application requirements, and each conveyor can be designed to help food processors meet and exceed their sanitary standards.
