Electromagnetic Conveyor

The VMC Series Electromagnetic Conveyors are designed to provide a maintenance-free way to convey dry bulk materials. These models have the advantages of a mechanical conveyor—higher deflection and lower frequency—with no belts, bearings or parts to wear out. Specially designed fiberglass springs amplify the trough stroke and are adjustable to provide fine-tuning of conveyor motion. The feed rate can be controlled with a variable voltage controller. The units offer flexibility in conveying with adjustable amplitude from zero to 100%.

A variety of trough sizes and types are available to match the conveyor to specific application requirements. The conveyors can be specially designed to help food processors meet and exceed their sanitary standards.
