Elastomer Caster Wheels

The Endura line of solid elastomer caster wheels are designed to roll easily while carrying heavy loads (up to 1,200 lb per wheel). The wheels are also built to endure shocks and impacts, abrasion, rough surfaces, chemicals, wet and humid environments, and temperature extremes (-40°F-230°F). When equipped with precision ball bearings, these quiet rolling wheels are suited for towline applications in manufacturing plants, freight terminals, and warehouses.

All wheels are injection molded using a monoform construction technique. This design integrates the wheel tread and core together as one solid unit to eliminate tread/core separation while in use. The wheels are designed to outlast and outperform many wheels made of metal, rubber, plastic, phenolic, and conventional solid polyurethane. Wheel diameters range from 4 in. x 2 in. to 8 in. x 2 in. sizes with a choice of roller, Delrin, and precision ball bearings.
