The EDIP Calculation Module is an innovative way to distribute the Coperion proprietary Enhanced Dilute Phase control algorithm for use with dilute phase pneumatic conveying control systems.

With the ability to communicate over various industrial Ethernet network protocols, this module may be used with existing PLC, DCS, and PC-based control systems to optimize control of material convey velocity. The result of employing this control module is energy savings (compared to typical dilute phase operation) and reductions in degradation and wear associated with high velocities.
