EAU Technologies, Inc. Obtains Good Manufacturing Practices 'GMP' Certification

Lindon, UT - EAU Technologies, Inc. (EAU), the emerging provider of "Green Chemistry" to numerous industries including food processing, agriculture and consumer products, today announced that it recently obtained Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP) certification from NSF International (NSF), the Public Health and Safety Company, a 60-year old not for profit organization.

NSF is the world leader in standards development, product certification, education and risk-management for public health and safety. NSF performs research and inspection services for companies worldwide.

"NSF is an organization that is committed to helping the environment. It focuses on protecting the environment by helping to establish standards for companies involved in manufacturing and processing food, water and regulating indoor air. It also develops standards and provides third-party conformity assessment services. It is widely recognized for its scientific and technical expertise in the health and environmental sciences," said Brett Clinger, EAU's Vice President of Manufacturing. "The NSF GMP registration of contract manufacturers and manufacturing facilities of dietary supplement companies enables contract manufacturers to become independently registered by NSF and puts them in compliance with GMP requirements. For us, at EAU, since we manufacture our Perfect Essential line of dietary and oxygen supplement products as well and our Perfect Empowered Drinking Water, having a GMP certification greatly increases our credibility and gives us a competitive advantage in the marketplace."

"We feel that this is a significant step for our company's manufacturing facility. Manufacturers of dietary supplements that comply with GMP requirements receive certificates, can display the certification in all promotional and marketing materials and are listed in NSF's website for compliant companies. Conforming to NSF's standards and receiving GMP certification is consistent with our commitment to provide safe protects and protect the environment through "Green Chemistry," said Gaylord Karren, EAU's CEO.
