Clayton, DL - Eagle Foodservice Equipment announces a major expansion of its Director's Choice line of cafeteria equipment. New products in several key categories are being introduced, including cold and hot food serving units, a variety of dispenser units, and shelving systems. In addition to expanding the range of items now available in Eagle's Director's Choice line, all new equipment allows for interlocking individual units together with our existing pieces to create a wider variety of configurations, thereby optimizing their flexibility and functionality.

Newly introduced cold food units and solid top units incorporate a refrigerated base featuring an integrated compressor housing with access panels, along with thermostatic temperature controls. These versatile units are designed for durable, long-life performance, and feature type 304 stainless steel tubular construction with decorative laminate panels. They are offered in standard lengths of 64" and 78", with custom sizes also available. If desired, units can also be purchased with stainless steel bottle holders that feature a unique, patented design only available from Eagle.

New heated surface units feature rugged type 304 stainless steel construction featuring decorative laminate panels and non-marking poly casters. The heated surface features a recessed aluminum top with blanket-type foil heater for transmitting uniform heat. Fiberglass insulation plus a built-in adjustable thermostat precisely control the temperature of the heated surface. The surface is easy to clean using a soft damp cloth or non-abrasive cleanser.

Among the new dispenser units being introduced are tray, silverware and napkin dispensers, and dish/cup dispensers. Each of these units features type 304 stainless steel tubular construction with decorative laminate panels. The dispensers utilize a self-leveling carrier mechanism to release items at the serving line or beverage serving point. Dispensers are easily removable for cleaning. All units include non-marking poly casters for easy, go-anywhere portability.

Also being introduced are new decorative serving shelves. These shelves are offered for cafeteria and buffet-style service, in serve-over and serve-under configurations. The sleek styling features a choice of satin-finish type 304 stainless steel tubing or powder-coated, nickel-plated steel. The units feature polycarbonate shelves and sneeze guards, with stainless steel shelf inserts and tempered glass also available. Shelves and guards are easily removable for quick cleaning without the use of tools. Additional factory-installed options include end guards, display lighting, and overhead food warmers.

All Director's Choice equipment from Eagle is custom-built to exacting customer specifications, and meets NSF and UL standards.
