Dual-Head Volumetric Piston Filler

The dual-head volumetric piston filler from Simplex Filler combines faster, more automated filling with the benefits of pneumatic safety. The Air AS-200 and Air V-200 models are fully automatic, allowing for filling rates of up to 100 containers per minute. The Air AS-200 fills container volumes from less than 1 oz to 45 oz on a single stroke, and the Air V-200 fills from less than 1 oz to 120 oz on a single stroke; dual heads enable double the operating volume over a single-head filler. The totally pneumatic operation makes these fillers explosion-proof, rendering them ideal for use in clean rooms and for filling volatile products.

The versatile filler handles a wide range of liquid products of various viscosities, from food products to chemicals. The no-can/no-fill feature minimizes product waste. Simplex's dual-head volumetric piston filler easily integrates with flat tabletop chain conveyors or vertical/horizontal form/fill/seal machinery. Optional features include a heated hopper to maintain the temperature of heated products and liquid level controls to sustain product level in the hopper. The simple control panel assures operator ease; index or timing changes happen with the simple turn of a knob. The filler can be built using all stainless steel or epoxy-coated steel. All food contact surfaces are USDA-approved materials. The filler easily fits any sanitation routine.
