After steam peeling, efficient separation of the peel waste is a major concern for vegetable processors. The new ODENBERG dry peel separator or DPS, provides the customer with a method to separate peel waste with zero water usage and minimal yield losses.

Incorporating an internal auger or new (patent pending) agitator system to gently transfer the peel waste from the surface of the vegetables to the waste pump; the new ODENBERG DPS achieves a very high quality of clean vegetables without using any wash water.

The unique design of the DPS machine achieves a dramatic improvement on maintenance, and a reduction in yield losses while improving the overall peel waste separation efficiency.
