Drive Repair Brochure

This brochure illustrates how the company's expanded Drive Repair Facility has been updated and expanded to provide enhanced response times and fast turnarounds on repair of company drives and those of many other manufacturers.

The brochure outlines how all incoming drives are cleaned, inspected and load tested. Components are analyzed in the company's Failure Analysis Laboratory to determine the origin of any problem, whether vendor or process related. The laboratory is said to provide the capability to anticipate, isolate and resolve future problems. Diagnostic equipment includes curve traces, X-ray instrumentation, metallurgical microscopes and electronic coordinate measurement devices.
