Time 'N Temperature000 Digital Data Logger economically monitors temperatures with electronic accuracy, real time and permanent records. It is suitable for HACCP and complies with other regulations regarding temperature conditions. Users can quickly and reliably view what temperatures were during any period of time from 1 hour to 85 days. They can also check the information on the LCD and see the time and high and low temperatures. A new interval can be reset at any time. The recorder continually stores the information for later use; just download and print the graph and/or tabular data. Save and clear the memory and the unit is ready for another 85 days of recording.

Applications include: Cold rooms, freezers, dairy cases, frozen food compartments, meat lockers, walk-ins, processing areas or anywhere that food or perishables can be exposed to inappropriate temperatures which may affect their quality and consumer safety. The datalogger is also useful for refrigerated delivery trucks and trailers.
