The RollBot is a depanning system for bakeries that transfers danish, cinnamon rolls, and bear claws from baking pans to the packing line. It is a stainless steel washdown system that can move 30 pans of product/min and handles five different pan sizes, as well as warped or double-stacked pans. The system features fast-change grippers, which include either vacuum or needle pick-up, designed for easier system switches. Other features include variable handling speeds and a pan-straightening function.
