DeltaTRAK Introduces NSF Certified Digital Probe Thermometer

Pleasanton, CA - DeltaTRAK, Inc., a leading manufacturer of cold chain management solutions and portable environmental test instruments, announces a new, FlashCheck Jumbo Display Digital Probe Thermometer Model 11000-N, which is NSF compliant, for use in quality control temperature checking of food and non-food items.

Similar with the previous model, 11000, this thermometer has a large, highly visible 1.5"x 0.5" (38mm x 12.7mm) LCD display, IP56-rated waterproofing and a small diameter probe that is ideal for checking temperature of "thin masses" of food, such as hamburger patties and chick and fish fillets, as recommended by FDA Food Code 4-302.12(B). Model 11000 is also compliant with the U.S. Public Health Service Food Code 4-203 and HACCP requirements.
