Systemate Numafa Introduces CWM-DLR Washer
Systemate Numafa NA announces the addition of the CWM-DLR Washer to its line of cleaning equipment.

Although America's food supply remains of the safest in the world, the food industry still is faced with responding to foodborne illnesses associated with cross contamination and bacterial problems. The CWM-DLR Washer cleans and sanitizes vats, bins and containers prior to reuse and prevents cross contamination of food products while battling bacteria.

The CWM-DLR Washer is an inline rotating container washing machine that allows for continuous use of products. The washer can be forklift loaded, an ergonomic improvement. Pneumatic cylinders pull containers one-by-one into the washing tank where they are locked into a rotating internal frame.

The cleaning process consists of a wash and rinse cycle. The outside of the containers is cleaned by rotating them along a fixed mounted spraying pipe, then another spraying head cleans containers internally. Washing times are adjustable by using the timer.

When dealing with heavily soiled vats or containers, it is recommended to use a self-cleaning rotating drum strainer. This option is especially favored when dealing with emulsified meats.

The rinsing process takes place in the same compartment but with a fresh water spraying system. The main water can be hot or cold, though rinsing with hot water allows products to dry more quickly. Water usage is adjustable with a tap.
