Cryogenic Tunnel Freezer
The freezer can use either liquid or carbon dioxide and the low operating temperatures achieved result in fast action that preserves the quality and shape of delicate products and keeps weight losses to a minimum. The unit is suitable for a wide range of products, including meat patties, cut meat, whole fish or fillets, seafood, fruit and berries, pies, ice cream, pastries and ready-meals.
The freezer chills down and is ready for operation in less than 15 minutes, minimizing downtime after product changeovers or cleaning. Operators can gain full access to all parts of the freezing section for cleaning and inspection by raising the upper element.
