Crumb Catcher for Conveyors

Span Tech's Vinyl Underguarding is designed to hang under Designer System conveyors, but can be customized to hang under any conveyor system. Each underguard is made from a yellow, fire-retardant, vinyl-coated nylon material. Cut to size, the underguard is equipped with a 5/8" diameter plastic rod sealed by ultrasonic bonding into watertight pockets designed to keep out contaminants. Consecutive sections are connected with evenly distributed button snaps. To finish each section, a 3" hem is sealed across the ends.

Bracket assemblies constructed from 12-gauge steel hold the rods in the vinyl underguard in place. Assemblies are mounted to the conveyor bed at each crossbar. Underguard brackets feature a special quick-release function to make cleaning easy.
