Cretors Introduces The Originateair

C. Cretors and Company, the leading designer and manufacturer of food processing and concession equipment for over 126 years, introduces the OriginateAir, the latest addition to its hot air popping and puffing equipment line. Designed for caramel corn shops and other concession locations, the OriginateAir continuously pops and puffs up to 40 pounds of popcorn or other healthy snacks per hour.
Cretors is known throughout the industry as the inventor or "originator" of many high-quality concession products, making OriginateAir the perfect name for this machine. Notable Cretors innovations include the invention of the wet popper in 1893 and Charles Cretors' design of first Flo Thru, continuous hot air popper in 1968. Now, for the first time, Cretors is bringing industrial snack food technology to the concession stand.
The OriginateAir pops kernels in a steady current of hot air, creating uniform popcorn with very little scrap. A built in sifter removes unpopped and undersized kernels, while a digital control panel allows the operator to set an exact temperature for the best popping efficiency depending on the grade and popcorn used.
The stainless steel popper is a smaller version of Cretors' original Model 80 Continuous Hot Air Popper, measuring in at 34"D x 59" W x 63" H. Customers can add the Cretors 50 pound Caramelizer for a complete popper and coater combination that creates consistently coated caramel popcorn.
