Phillips Crab Imperial is another of Shirley Phillips' classic Maryland seafood recipes. Delectable lump and backfin crab meat is blended with cream, parsley and seasonings, then topped with a sherry-cream sauce and cheddar cheese. Each Crab Imperial contains more than 90% crab meat and comes ready to bake and serve in a natural crab shell. The 5.0-ounce portion makes an upscale center-of-the-plate entree requiring virtually no labor. The 3.0-ounce portion is ideal for seafood platters or appetizers.
