Cozzini was initially created as a knife sharpening business in 1905 by Giuseppe Cozzini and was later headed by his three sons, Ottorino, Lino and Angelo, from 1931 to 1972. Today the company continues under the leadership of Ottorino's three sons, Ivo, Oscar and Oswald. Over the years Cozzini has increased and improved its sharpening services, including the development of several unique sharpening machines. In 1985, the brothers decided to branch out into the design and manufacture of improved processing systems for meat and food processing operations. Now those processing systems are a major part of Cozzini's business, and are responsible for its remarkable growth, along with the company's exceptional reputation for responsiveness and for innovation in its equipment's continuous processing technology, safety and sanitation features. Cozzini is also well known for the meticulous design and quality construction of its equipment, and for unequalled service response.
