Continuous Vacuum Filler

The VF300 continuous vacuum filler features built-in variable speed grinding and meets reliability, performance, portioning accuracy, and product quality requirements. Accessories can be stored hygienically and ready to use in the front of it. The vane-cell meat pump offers advantages that greatly improve product quality. Gentle transport of all meat products, whether for fresh or cooked sausage, and the even distribution of larger meat pieces in sausages or cooked meats ensures product quality and a well-balanced visual effect. Adjustment of the eccentric tensioning cam makes it possible to avoid leakage between the pump vanes and the housing over a long period and thus detrimental backflow and smearing of sensitive meat products is avoided.

All models can be fitted with monitor control. Central operator input takes place via an operator-controlled monitor, which can store product data. Operator control has many practical advantages, such as: faults and errors can be shown on the screen as text; displays of required input for the desired product can be displayed; and information about individual inputs can be called up.
