ConAgra Makes Organizational Changes

ConAgra's president and CEO, Bruce Rohde, announced this week many changes within the companies organization.

Raymond De Riggi has been named president and chief operating officer of ConAgra Grocery Products Companies, based in Fullerton, CA.

Gregory Heckman and Fred Page will jointly serve as chief operating officers of The ConAgra Trade Group, a new unit that will consolidate the company's grain and commodity services businesses.

Floyd McKinnerney will become chairman of ConAgra Agri-Products Companies. J. Charles Blue, president of United Agri Products since 1991, will succeed McKinnerney and assume full operating responsibility for ConAgra Agri-Products Companies as president and chief operating officer.

Richard A. Porter will become chairman of Lamb-Weston. Since 1990, Porter has been president of Lamb-Weston.

Lamb-Weston executive vice president Robert Horowitz will succeed Porter as president and chief operating officer of Lamb-Weston.
