ConAgra Acquires Zoll Foods

Zoll Foods, (Chicago, Ill.) has been acquired by ConAgra, Inc. (Omaha, Neb.) in a stock transaction. Zoll Foods is a privately owned processor and marketer of custom-cut pork ribs and other pork products for the food service industry. Annual sales are about $100 million. Zoll will become part of ConAgra's Swift & Co., a producer and marketer of pork products.
