ConAgra Acquires Egg Beaters and Nabisco Tablespreads Businesses

ConAgra, Inc. has completed the acquisition of the Egg Beaters and tablespreads businesses from Nabisco, Inc.

Nabisco's tablespreads business is the number-two margarine business in the U.S. Margarine brands acquired include Parkay, Blue Bonnet, Fleischmann's, Touch of Butter, Chiffon and Move Over Butter.

Headquartered in Omaha, NE, ConAgra is a diversified international food company with brands that include Healthy Choice, Butterball, Hunt's, Wesson, Orville Redenbacher's, Armour, Swift Premium, Banquet, Van Camp's and Slim Jim.
