Computerized Laboratory System: Sucrolyser / Eco Sucrolyser Brochure

Sucrolyser systems are used in more than 30 countries worldwide and have become a standard for progressive sugar factories. Depending on the kind of sample and the polarimeter model, conventionally clarified, alternatively clarified or non-clarified samples can be analysed.

The systems are operated by software programs developed in close cooperation with the beet and cane sugar industries. These programs can be adapted to the specific requirements of each country or sugar factory.

• 4 Sugarlab™ series programs are employed for chemical factory control by analysing Polarisation, Brix and Purity of raw, intermediate and final products of sugar manufacture.
• 4 Cane™ series programs are specialised on cane payment analysis by international or local methods.
