Compact Nitrogen Gas Generator

A compact Nitrogen gas generator produces up to 740 SCFH of compressed nitrogen on site at purities of up to 99.5% and 3200 SCFH at 95% purity. The system utilizes proprietary membrane separation technology. The membrane divides the compressed air feed gas into two streams: one is 95%-99.5% pure nitrogen, and the other is oxygen-rich with carbon dioxide and other trace gases.

The generator is a complete system comprised of carefully matched components engineered for easy installation, operation, and long term reliability. Standard features include high efficiency coalescing prefilters with automatic drains, an activated carbon filter, and a 0.01 µ membrane final filter. Installation consists of connecting a standard compressed air line to the inlet, and connecting the outlet to the nitrogen line. Typical applications include purging or testing of tanks and vessels, solvent blanketing, food processing and packaging, storage of perishables, packaging, chemical transferring, sparging, mixing, and more.
