Urschel Laboratories, Inc.l Processor Model 1700 accommodates three types of reduction heads: the cutting head, the microcut head and the slicing head. This precision cutting technology lends the unit a versatility to meet a variety of size-reduction needs, from dime size particles to fine emulsions.
Standard operations include comminuting, granulating, milling, slicing, liquefying, dispersing and pureeing. The processor is recommended for free flowing dry and semi-dry product applications including textured vegetable protein, peanut butter, corn masa and cheese.
Sealed enclosure deters the escape of dust, vapor, and liquid when the processor is installed in conjunction with a collection system. Stainless steel construction ensures maximum durability and sanitation.
