Clean-Out-Of-Place (COP) Parts Washers

Sani-Matic manufactures cleaning equipment to wash and sanitize small parts and disassembled parts found in sanitary processing facilities including the food, pharmaceutical, biotech, cosmetics, dairy, meat and poultry, beverage and baking industries. The Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) immersion washers are provided with turbulent circulation systems to clean the interior and exterior of a wide variety of parts with and without internal cavities. Cleaning cycles may be manual or automated. The design of each COP may take into account special considerations such as data acquisition and report generation, energy conservation, and waste and chemical reduction. All systems conform to 3-A, cGMP and ASME BPE standards as may be required.
