The lab receives results from each of the program participants within one week of sample shipment and promptly provides statistical results comparing user's lab with the other numerous program participants.
Monthly Program for Proximates includes:
• Each month, participants receive three processed meat samples.
• Participants perform moisture, fat, protein, and salt analyses and fax results back.
• Statisticians compile the results and provide comprehensive comparative data to each program participant within one week of initial sample shipment.
• All results are coded to ensure the strictest confidentiality.
In addition to standard programs, a check sample program can be customized to meet specific needs. Programs can target specific food products such as ground beef, eggs, milk, baked goods, etc. for both chemistry and microbiology.
