Case Palletizer

It can be set up to stack cases on pallets or slaveboards, with or without slipsheets. It is also capable of palletizing a variety of items from hi-cone packs to tray packs, wrapped or unwrapped. Its programmable patterns can usually be quickly changed over with just the flick of a simple selector switch. Whallon Machinery, Inc.omatic programmable case palletizer is designed for convenient floor level operation. Infeed can be set up as low as 28 in. and pick-up can be set as low as 11 in. The need for elevated platforms is eliminated. The case palletizer is built for a long life, with a construction of heavy-duty components, including high quality electrical controls. The dual-side standard model easily handles pallets at up to 60 cases per min., and the economical single-side model palletizes at rates up to 30 cases per min. Both models are competitively and affordably priced.
