The Model 600S Cartoner features independent servo drives for carton set-up, dust flap, major flap and compression section. Designed for peak performance and reduced maintenance requirements, the cartoner utilizes a variety of servo packages to meet individual plant requirements. For additional versatility, the machine is built with the capability to run a large range of cartons at speeds up to 400 cartons per minute.
A wide variety of product infeeds are used for surgeable and nonsurgeable products. Features include Allen Bradley servo drives, Control Logixs controllers and rapid no-tools changeover.
The Model 600 family also includes heavy duty mechanical machines that are ideally suited for hostile environments.
