Calcium Disodium EDTA
Calcium Disodium EDTA is a chelating agent used in a variety of food products, including carbonated beverages, where it promotes flavor retention, while reducing discoloration and turbidity when mixed with alcohol, and reducing corrosion.
Calcium Disodium EDTA also has applications in beer, wine, dairy products, and other foods. It is colorless, odorless and tasteless and is stable over a wide range of pH and temperature.
