Bottom Case Packer

The B-80 Bottom Case Packing System is a fully automatic machine designed to offer gentle product handling while minimizing floorspace requirements. Suitable for bakeries packing delicate cakes and pastries in paperboard cartons, the compact machine erects, bottom-loads, and seals RSC style cases at rates up to 14 cpm.

The system accumulates and vertically loads product in the same position as it is received from upstream equipment, eliminating product repositioning devices and minimizing product handling. It features a mechanical/vacuum case blank extraction and placement system that pulls cases open. A horizontal case magazine holds 200 cases and can be reloaded while the machine is in operation.
