(As seen at WWFE '97) The USDA-approved Stoelting Block Former system produces superior block shape with uniform moisture and weight consistency. The unit is ideal for the production of both cheddar and other hard cheeses. Proprietary engineering design provides total system integration and flexibility, and offers several control systems.
Block formers produce 40-pound blocks of cheddar and other hard cheese at the rate of 1500 pounds per hour for each unit. An option to make either 20-pound or 40-pound cheese blocks is available. System can also produce Queso Blanco blocks.
