Biotech Mixer

The BTNS Biotech Mixer is designed for batch processing applications within the food and beverage, specialty chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries. Manufactured to sanitary specifications, the mixer features a single steam port located in the seal housing for even heating to sterilization temperatures. Its vertical drive arrangement requires less space for top-entering applications, and a right angle gear drive arrangement is available if ceiling height is restrictive.

All wetted parts including oversized shafting, in-tank couplings, and impellers are fabricated from 316 stainless steel, then polished to a 32AA finish for corrosion resistance and smoother sanitary surfaces.
