Dust problems caused by emptying bags of fine, aerated or volatile powders are eliminated with the Spiroflow Bag Dump Equipment range. This equipment not only eradicates the dust problems caused by manually emptying bags, but also the subsequent disposal of empty bags. This ensures a healthy environment is maintained in the process area as well as reducing maintenance and repair problems caused by powder contamination to surrounding machinery.
Bag Tip Stations
The basic Bag Dump Equipment comprises an open fronted bag tip cabinet with a dust extraction outlet for connection to a separate dust collector or existing extraction plant. A bag is placed on the mesh support shelf and manually slit, the contents falling directly into the inlet of a flexible screw conveytor, aero mechanical conveyor or vacuum conveyor.

A new addition to the range is the DBE5 Model. It consists of a cabinet with hinged door and bag support mesh shelf. Large integral cartridge filters are fitted in the back of the cabinet. A side mounted empty bag compactor may also be fitted. |
