Built primarily for the smaller processor with their fluctuating production demands the Fresh Vac A-300 is ideal for daily production, new market testing, laboratory work or as a stepping stone when moving to larger markets. Twin snorkels will run one or two packs simultaneously, for production speeds of up to 4 cycles a minute (8 packs maximum). Ease of use is a primary concern for the smaller processor.

The unit is configured with simple knob adjustments. For those needing greater precision or who produce a greater variety of products it may be equipped with PLC control and a digital operator interface. The standard machine will seal bags of up to 30in. although a 44in. seal length is available as an option.
