Bagger
Tapered vacuum/backflush snorkels and a unique double anvil assure optimum vacuum and gas backflush control, as well as minimal bag wrinkle. A centralized operator console allows for safe, efficient operation. Here, various gas backflush levels can easily be selected for various package sizes, and at the end of the day the tap of another button engages the automatic cleaning cycle. Less than 20 square feet of floor space are required for the machine, so it will fit easily into any production line.
The machine sits on leveling pads and can easily be moved from one line to another. Installation is simplified as only compressed air and electricity are required. Either gas cylinders or a centralized unit can be utilized for gas backflush supply. Operator training is simple because of the A-200's easy to use design. To start the cycle the bag is placed on the bag stretchers, which draw the bag tight to prevent wrinkles. The operator the presses both buttons to complete the cycle. Quality output is maintained as the cycle will abort in the event of no vacuum or a low gas level. Output speed depends on the size of the bags, but is generally 4 cycles a minute.
