At the heart of this system is a specially-profiled, servomotor-controlled timing screw system that precisely portions each container through each stage of the filling sequence: tare measurement, filling, weighing, top-off, final weighing and exit.
The system is adaptable to virtually any product, free-flow, non-free flow, encountered in the food, chemical, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical industries.
The servo timing screw eliminates costly and complicated transfer mechanisms such as walking beams, "indexing pins", and indexing conveyor arrangements. Highly efficient servomotor auger drive provides completely definable dispensing control with user-specified acceleration pattern, multiple speed selection, direct motor control and no maintenance operation. Available in a wide variety of control options, including PC-based, PLCs and custom systems.
