Automated Stick Washer

The patented, Sani-Matic Stick Washer is the answer to cleaning all styles of product sticks used for producing smoked and dried meats. The washer creates two types of mechanical action to ensure complete cleaning of the sticks. An internal conveyor creates a tumbling action so the rolling sticks mechanically rub against each other to remove product residues. In addition, a high velocity circulation system produces turbulence in the wash reservoir to provide an additional action to remove product residues that might otherwise not be affected by the tumbling action.

All systems can be designed and built to regulatory standards. Sani-Matic Stick Washers are delivered complete, tested and ready for installation.
