Antimicrobial Ice Scoop By CHG Prevents The Spread Of Bacteria In Kitchens

Lakewood, NJ - Recent publicized reports have documented that improper hand washing, food handling and equipment maintenance are to blame for high levels of coliform bacteria in ice served in restaurants and cafeterias-in some cases, toilet water was even found to be significantly cleaner.

The ice scoop features SANIGUARD antimicrobial technology, which inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold and mildew and has a molded hand guard to prevent accidental hand contact with the ice.
