This is simply the best value available in portable, laboratory-size sterilizers for food processing and pharmaceutical applications. The new model 2402 is small enough to fit through a standard doorway, and light enough for one person to move with ease on its heavy-duty casters.

Rotational models feature a severe-duty drive that lets you test the effect of end-over-end rotation on product quality over a full range of production RPMs. The load-centering rotational insert is designed for partial loads (right down to a single container!), so you'll never need to add ballast to fill a mostly-empty basket.

A well-designed, clearly labeled NEMA 4X electrical/pneumatic panel makes it easy to operate, and controls automate critical valves and execute processing cycles.
The Allpax 2402 is constructed of 304L stainless steel, and the processing shell and door are insulated to keep the testing area comfortable. All piping, plumbing hardware and pneumatic lines are stainless, as well. Components are premium-quality, name-brand parts from American manufacturers. Valves, plumbing and field devices are easily accessible for maintenance.

Every unit is delivered with comprehensive documentation, including operating instructions, parts lists, technical notes and engineering drawings.

Options include a PC-based Allpax-Logic control system (complete with PC, software and ink-jet printer) that automates all valves, provides precision pressure and temperature ramping, and generates processing run reports. An optional 304L stainless tempered water tank can be supplied mounted on the cart below the processing tank to provide the system with a supply of preheated water for full water immersion processes.
