ADM Announces Management Changes

Archer Daniels Midland Co. has announced the following management changes:

William Camp has been named group vice president of ADM and president, South American Division. He will relocate to the company's South American headquarters in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and will assume responsibility for oilseed processing; transportation; all administrative functions for ADM operations in Brazil, Paraguay, and Bolivia; and the procurement of raw materials for ADM processing plants.

Luiz Carlos Lopes has been named director of finance and administration, ADM South American Division. Lopes will be responsible for ADM's South American finance and administrative functions, including accounting, treasury, tax, information services, credit, legal, and human resources.

Stephen Zehr has been named director of special projects and controller, ADM South American Division. He will be responsible for mergers, acquisitions, and accounting issues related to South America.

Roberto Donaire Sobrinho was named financial administrative director, ADM South American Division. He will report to Luiz Carlos Lopes and will continue to have responsibility for all treasury functions of the division.

Craig Huss has been named president, ADM Transportation.

Randall Neumeyer has been named senior vice president, ADM Transportation.

Scott Frederickson was named vice president, North American Oilseed Division, and will relocate to Decatur.
