A&B Process Systems Makes Executive Changes
A&B Process Systems recently announced the following executive appointments and promotions:
John Hermeier has been named CFO. A CPA since 1985, he most recently served as director of finance & administration for The Semling-Menke Co. Hermeier will be reporting to A&B's chairman, A. Jay Hilgemann, and will administrate A&B's corporate financial planning and reporting activities.
Rick Angerhofer has joined the company as director of manufacturing. His responsibilities will include overseeing corporate manufacturing practices at A&B's three stainless steel fabrication plants, as well as the strategic planning and administration of manufacturing operations, production planing, quality assurance, inventory control and training mesasures.
Brian Gehrke has been promoted to senior vice president of engineering. He will be responsible for the direction and development of the corporate engineering group. Overseeing the mechanical and process engineering staff, Gehrke will administrate engineering practices, new product development as well as provide system design and support.
Jim Banks has been promoted to vice president of sales & marketing, where he will be responsible for the leadership and coordination of corporate sales and marketing strategy, as well as new business development.
