A new flow-through, non-invasive conductivity sensor features sanitary design and finish ideal for measurement needs in the food and beverage industries. More traditional conductivity sensors are invasive, requiring process lines to be opened for sensor removal and calibration--a troublesome and time-consuming procedure. The new 3A-approved 871FT sanitary flow-through electrodeless conductivity sensors from Foxboro/Siebe Control Systems combine non-invasive design with a range of bore sizes of 0.5-4.0 in. They can be calibrated in-line and feature Tri-Clamp or Metric DN 11851 Milk Pipe end connections.
