This slicer/applicator features a 12-in. product stroke and 40-in. slicing width standard, with a width of up to 46 in. available. Suitable for slicing and applying applications such as slicing pepperoni onto pizzas, it will slice most boneless/non-frozen meat and cheese products. The unit produces up to 70 strokes/min per lane with 10% quick return in bulk slicing mode, and employs the company's AccuBand blade system for optimum slice quality and yields. According to the supplier, cleaning and sanitation made easy with removable parts such as the blade guide and product holders.
