This 15 cu foot, custom-designed paddle-style mixer is ideal for blending granulated materials. It comes equipped with an electric, actuated tilt-tub which provides 120° of rotation from vertical and infinitely positionable through the range of rotation. The chopper motor and drive motor are disabled once the tub begins to tilt. As a sanitary, batch mixer our design will meet your FDA quality standards. It includes a high speed chopper for controlled, high shear mixing and comes equipped with a liquid spray manifold to incorporate both solids and liquids. Added electric control features include timers, ammeter, and alarm system. This "operator-friendly" mixer is ideal for custom variations in batch blending.
