PIAB Vacuum Products Products, suppliers of compact, maintenance-free vacuum pumps and accessories, announces an improved series of pneumatically driven vacuum pumps. The new L Series vacuum pumps have been designed with the packaging industry in mind. These vacuum pumps will provide 30%-70% more vacuum flow (13-32 scfm) than today's models. As with all PIAB's multi-ejector vacuum pumps, the L series pumps are quiet, small, efficient, easily installed and virtually maintenance-free.
The L Series pumps will handle high leakage rates in applications such as opening and handling cartons or cases while still providing enough vacuum pressure to get the job done.
The L Series pumps feature an aluminum connection plate for durability and a lightweight PPS composite body (1.43-1.80 lb.) that provides for easy assembly and disassembly with only four bolts to remove.
This most recent technological breakthrough provides quicker evacuation, faster response and better flow while using less energy. This improves the operating efficiency, further lowering the cost of running these traditionally low-operating cost units.
